Felice Guarneri (1882–1955) was an Italian economist and politician who served in the cabinet led by Benito Mussolini as the minister for exchanges and currencies between 1937 and 1939.
Biography Guarneri was born in Pozzaglio on 6 January 1882. Then he was appointed secretary general of the Union of Chambers of Commerce. In 1935, he served as the superintendent for exchanges and currencies institution. He published several book on the Italian economy.
