Duncan Gordon Sinclair (born November 2, 1933) is an American-born Canadian academic. He was inducted into the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame in 2015.
He was born in Rochester, New York,
In 1989, he was named an honorary fellow in the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He also served on the steering committee for the review by the Ontario Ministry of Health of the Public Hospitals Act .
Duncan G. Sinclair is the father of Gord Sinclair, bassist for The Tragically Hip.
