Carey Dunlap Miller (1895–1985) was an American food scientist and a University of Hawaii at Manoa (UH) food and nutrition professor and department chair from 1922-1958.
Early life and education Miller was born to immigrant parents that owned a ranch in Idaho. She graduated from Boise High School in 1912. She received her bachelor's degree with honors from the University of California, Berkeley and later her master's degree at Columbia University. Miller was a UH food and nutrition professor and department chair from 1922-1958.
