Yang Xilan (; born 16 March 1961) is a Chinese former volleyball player. She competed at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles and the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. She was a setter.
In 1984, Yang was a member of the Chinese volleyball team that won the gold medal.
