Sir Wynn Powell Wheldon, KBE, DSO (22 December 1879 – 10 November 1961) was a Welsh civil servant.
Born on 22 December 1879, he was the son of the Rev. Thomas Jones Wheldon. He attended the high school at Oswestry before studying at the University College of North Wales and St John's College, Cambridge. He practised as a lawyer in London before serving in the First World War as an officer. He was wounded and received the Distinguished Service Order (DSO) in 1917. and appointed a Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire (KBE) in the 1952 New Year Honours. He died on 10 November 1961 aged 81.
