Tengiz Grigoriyevich Sulakvelidze (; born 23 July 1956) is a Georgian former professional footballer who played as a defender.
International career Sulakvelidze made his debut for the Soviet Union on 26 March 1980 in a friendly against Bulgaria. He went on to play in the 1982 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 1988. He scored a goal in a UEFA Euro 1988 qualifier against Iceland.
