About Seda Safarjan

Born 1962. Seda Safarjan is a judge and jurist.

Seda Serhojs Safaryan (; born 8 August 1962) is an Armenian lawyer. She has been justice of the Constitutional Court of Armenia since 2022.

Early life and education Safaryan was born in the village of Voskevan, Tavush Province, then Armenia SSR, Soviet Union. She graduated in law from the Yerevan State University in 1991. Safaryan was involved in the trials of the 2008 Armenian presidential election protests and was member of the investigative panel established by Armenian president. The National Assembly debated and approved unanimously her candidacy on 15 September 2022.

On 16 December 2022, Safaryan was sworn in before the National Assembly.
