Roye England

Roye England (11 September 1906 – 3 September 1995) was a British modeller and museum curator of Australian birth who founded the Pendon Museum.

Life and career Born and raised in Perth, Australia, Roye England visited Britain for the first time in 1925 at the age 19 when he developed a fascination with the British railway system and the English countryside and the architecture of traditional English country houses and buildings. He died in Newbury on 3 September 1995.
