Vitiligo and Tzaraath Kalisher maintained the view that the Torah-mentioned tzaraath is not leprosy but in fact vitiligo, Yehuda L. Katzenelson quotes Kalisher's view in his work on medicinal talmudic work (הרפואה וחכמת התלמוד berlin, 1928).
