Early life Ranju Kumari Jha was born on 07 September 1965 in Rajbiraj, Nepal to Ramakant Jha and Sudha Devi. She completed her M.A. and L.L.B. from Mahendra Bindeshwari Multiple Campus, Rajbiraj.
