Mufutau Egberongbe

Mufutau Egberongbe is a Nigerian politician and lawmaker. He served as a member of the House of Representative representing Apapa Federal Constituency in the 9th Nigeria National Assembly. He is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) before going to the National Assembly he previously served two terms as a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Apapa Constituency I. He was the Special Adviser on Political and Legislative Matters to the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly. He was succeeded by Adesola Adedayo.

Political career

Mufutau Egberongbe began his legislative career as a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, representing Apapa Constituency I, where he served for two consecutive terms. During his time in the Assembly, he was also appointed Special Adviser on Political and Legislative Matters to the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly.In the 2019 general election, Egberongbe was elected to the House of Representatives on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to represent Apapa Federal Constituency in the 9th National Assembly.
