Li Tianchu (; 4 November 1945 – 28 December 2022) was a Chinese metrologist, and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He was a member of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Biography Li was born in Guiyang, Guizhou, on 4 November 1945, while his ancestral home is in Jinzhai County, Anhui. In 1964, he entered Tsinghua University, graduating in 1970 with a bachelor's degree in combustion physics.
