Konstantin Georgiyevich Pysin (; 12 December 1910 – 22 January 1984) was a Soviet political figure who served as the minister of agriculture between 1962 and 1963. He was a member of the Communist Party and served in different positions in the party.
Early life and education Pysin was born in Ekaterinovka, Perm Governorate, on 12 December 1910.
Career After graduating from the pedagogy college Pysin worked as a teacher in Vinsk from 1929 to 1931. He was appointed minister of agriculture in April 1962, replacing Mikhail Olshanski in the post. Pysin visited the United States for one month from September 1962 to reviews the farmlands in the West and Midwest regions. He served as the inspector of the central committee in 1963.
