Kenneth Times (born January 1, 1956) is an American former professional football defensive tackle who played in the National Football League (NFL) and United States Football League (USFL). He played college football for the Southern Jaguars and was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the fifth round of the 1980 NFL draft.
Early life Kenneth Times was born on January 1, 1956, in Deerfield Beach, Florida. At the conclusion of his college career, Times played in the Sheridan All-Star game. He was selected by the 49ers in the fifth round, with the 112th overall pick, of the 1980 NFL draft. He was released on August 31, 1982, after the third preseason game.
On February 20, 1984, Times was traded to the Memphis Showboats for center Lee North after Bandits defensive tackle Ron Simmons performed well during the preseason. Times played in four games, starting two, for Memphis before being waived on April 4, 1984. Times did not record any stats for the Bandits in 1985. The USFL folded after the 1985 season.
