Doctor John Fitzgerald Collins (June 1, 1922 – April 23, 2016) was a Canadian physician and politician in Newfoundland. He represented St. John's South from 1975 to 1989 in the Newfoundland House of Assembly. Collins served as deputy speaker. He also served in the provincial cabinet as Minister of Finance, President of the Treasury Board
Collins was president of the Rotary Club of St. John's and served on the Child Health Commission from 1965 to 1968.
