Early life Kirubanandan was born in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu to Krishnamoorthy and Rajalakshmi. She was raised and graduated in Andhra Pradesh. After her marriage, she came back to Tamil Nadu in 1976. 2016 Sparrow Literary Awards
