Eduardo Cortés Cabezas (1859 – 4 January 1916) was a Chilean politician who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.
A member of the Radical Party, he was elected deputy for Copiapó, Chañaral, Vallenar and Freirina for the 1915–1918 legislative period. He was a member of the Elections Commission. He died while in office on 4 January 1916 and was succeeded by Víctor Domingo Silva.
He obtained a bachelor's degree in law on 22 November 1878.
