Austin Hoyt (April 26, 1915 – June 21, 1976) was a judge of the United States Tax Court from 1962 to 1973.

Born in Beacon, New York, to Judge Ferdinand A. and Beatrice Watson Hoyt, he graduated from Beacon High School and attended the University of Alabama and St. John's University.
