Walter Pall

Walter Pall (born 1944) is a bonsai artist. Born in Austria, he now lives near Munich, Germany.

Life Pall was born in Austria in 1944 and grew up in the Alps, where he loves to ski. They now live near Munich, Germany.

He was also one of the first bonsai artists to use native European species, and is known for his use of native European material for yamadori.

Though many of his most famous trees are fairly large ), he also has a sizeable collection of shohin.

Pall has received many awards, including first place in the Crespi Cup Award and second and third place in the Ginkgo Cup Awards.

Pall has written over 100 articles in various bonsai magazines, such as Bonsai Focus. He has also long been active in the online bonsai community, participating in various forums.
