Stanisław Bronisław Wolfarth (10 February 1933 – 20 November 2007) was a pharmacologist, neuroscientist and politician.
Biography He was the son of , great-grandson of . His father died in 1942 in KL Auschwitz. In 1969 he obtained doctorate at the Department of Pharmacology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Zakład Farmakologii PAN), upon dissertation titled in . In 1977 he obtained habilitation. In the years 1980–1981 he was an activist of Solidarity. In 1991 he supervised doctoral dissertation of Jadwiga Wardas.
He was Head of the Laboratory and Department of Neuropsychopharmacology at the Institute of Pharmacology of the Polish Academy of Sciences from 1971 to 2003. He retired in 2003. He was a member of Citizens' Movement for Democratic Action, Democratic Union and Freedom Union.
