Raúl Claro Solar (23 November 1874 – 3 December 1931) was a Chilean politician and civil engineer who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.
A member of the Conservative Party, he represented Santiago from 1918 to 1921 and served on the Permanent Budget Commission. He studied at the University of Chile's Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, receiving his civil engineering degree on 30 November 1896.
He later worked as director-manager of the Compañía Carbonífera de Lebu and the Compañía General de Electricidad Industrial, and was a professor at the University of Chile.
