Peter Adam Angeles (February 21, 1931 – March 2, 2004) was an American philosopher and atheist writer.

Angeles was born in Ambridge, Pennsylvania. He obtained his BA, MS and PhD from Columbia University. He taught philosophy at the University of Western Ontario for 14 years. He was also the author of the Dictionary of Christian Theology (1985). Angeles was an atheist. He was the editor of Critiques of God (1976) and authored The Problem of God (1981).

Angeles died on March 2, 2004, from cancer.
