Sir Paul John Mahoney KCMG (born 1946) is a British jurist who was a judge of the European Court of Human Rights. He was the first president of European Union Civil Service Tribunal, serving from 2005 to 2011.
Education Mahoney studied law at the University of Oxford, graduating Bachelor of Arts and later proceeding Master of Arts in 1967. Mahoney was replaced by Tim Eicke as the United Kingdom's judge on 12 September 2016.
