About Pan Men-an

Born 1963. Pan Men-an is a Taiwanese and Chinese politician.

Pan Men-an (; born 15 August 1963) is a Taiwanese politician. He was the magistrate of Pingtung County from 25 December 2014 to 25 December 2022. He joined the campaign team of the 2024 presidential candidate of Democratic Progressive Party, and assumed the role as the Secretary-General to the President in May 2023.

Early life and education Pan was born to a fishermen's family. He was educated at I-Shou University, National Sun Yat-sen University, and graduated from the graduate institute of continuing education at National Kaohsiung Normal University.
