Noh Hyeong-ouk (, born 1962) is a South Korean activist and government official who served as the minister of land, infrastructure and transport from 2021 to 2022. He previously served as the Minister for Government Policy Coordination from 2018 to 2020, and the 2nd Deputy Minister from 2016 to 2018.
Education and early career Born in Sunchang, North Jeolla, Noh attended Gwangju Jeil High School and studied political diplomacy at Yonsei University. He also obtained 2 master's degrees; one in public administration from Seoul National University while another one in international economics at Sciences Po.
On 16 April 2021, Noh was nominated the new Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, replacing the controversial incumbent Byeon Chang-heum.
