Michael Paul Swistowicz (April 22, 1927 – November 24, 1973) was an American professional football player who played one season in the National Football League (NFL) with the New York Yanks and Chicago Cardinals. He was selected by the Yanks in the fifth round of the 1950 NFL draft after playing college football at the University of Notre Dame.
Early life and college Michael Paul Swistowicz was born on April 22, 1927, in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Tilden High School in Chicago. He rushed 41 times for 186 yards as a freshman in 1946 while also catching four passes for 70 yards. He played in one game for the Yanks during the 1950 season. He appeared in eight games, starting two, for the Cardinals in 1950, and returned four punts for 59 yards. He was released by the Cardinals in 1951.
