Marcy Morrison

Marcy Morrison (August 9, 1935 - September 5, 2025) was a former county commissioner, state legislator, and mayor in Colorado. She was a Republican and has described herself as a Rockefeller Republican.

Morrison began her career as a volunteer at a local library and joined the library board. She served as commissioner until 1988. While a state representative, she was the chair of the House health committee from 1992 to 2000. She later became CEO of the iManitou department for the City of Manitou Springs.

Honors In 2021, Morrison was honored in a dedication ceremony for the Beckers Lane Bridge. In 2022, she was honored as a "superwoman" by the League of Women Voters of the Pikes Peak Region.
