Johnson Fry (November 21, 1901 – April 7, 1959), nicknamed "Jay", was a professional baseball pitcher who played one game in Major League Baseball (MLB), during the season with the Cleveland Indians.
Biography Prior to his brief MLB career, Fry played amateur baseball in the Huntington City League in his hometown of Huntington, West Virginia. He pitched innings in relief, allowing five runs on six hits.
After his brief baseball career, Fry worked as a deputy in the Cabell County sheriff's office.
