Jimoh Adewale Babatunde

Jimoh Adewale Babatunde is a Nigerian politician from Apapa, Lagos State, Nigeria. He represented the Apapa Federal Constituency of Lagos State in the House of Representatives from 2011 to 2015. In 2023, he was appointed a member of the governing board of the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB).

Early Life and Education Adewale is from Apapa Local government area of Lagos state Nigeria. He began his academic journey for his first school leaving certificate at Islamic Mission Primary School Lanlate, Ibarapa East in Oyo State. He further obtained his SSCE certificate at Obaseku High School, Eruwa, Oyo State. F ollowing up his studies, he attended Lagos State Polytechnic where he obtained National Diploma Certificate in Business Studies and letter obtained Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from the Lagos State University, Lagos state. Nigeria. In 2023, the Lagos State Governor appointed him to the seven-man committee of the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB). He also served as Member, Lagos State House of Assembly for Apapa Constituency II , and as a Special Adviser on Community Affairs to the Governor of Lagos State (2020–2023).From 2002–2003 ,he served as the Supervisory Councillor, Surulere Local Government. And was also theChairman,House Committee on Agriculture Cooperatives in Logas State House of Assembly.
