Jerome Eke

Eke Jerome Amadi is a Nigerian politician. He served as a member representing Etche/Omuma Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives. He hails from Rivers State. He was elected into the House of Assembly at the 2015 elections under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), but an Appeal Court ordered a re-run.

Political career Eke Jerome Amadi was elected to represent Etche/Omuma Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives in 2015 on the platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP). After the Court of Appeal nullified the election and ordered a rerun, he successfully regained the seat in the rerun election. During his tenure, he sponsored bills and motions and chaired the House Ad-hoc Committee to Investigate the Expenditure and Implementation of the US$22 Billion Brass LNG Project. He also sponsored a bill seeking to establish the Federal College of Agriculture, Okehi, Etche, Rivers State.
