Janusz Surdykowski (born 4 May 1986) is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a striker for IV liga Pomerania club Jaguar Gdańsk.
Career In June 2006, Surdykowski joined Górnik Łęczna on a four-year contract. In July 2007, he was loaned to Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała. He returned to Górnik half year later.
In August 2010, he signed a contract with APEP.
In July 2011, Surdykowski moved to Arka Gdynia.
On 28 August 2020, he signed with Olimpia Elbląg.
