Ismael Vicuña Subercaseaux (1877 – 1933) was a Chilean farmer, politician and diplomat who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.

A member of the Liberal Democratic Party, Vicuña was elected deputy for San Fernando for the 1912–1915 legislative period and served on the Permanent Commission of Internal Police. In 1920, Vicuña entered the Chilean diplomatic service as an official at the Chilean legation in Berlin. He was appointed to the consulate in Bremen in 1921 and served as acting consul general in Hamburg in 1923. In 1926, he published Cartas de Bremen, in which he advocated German immigration to Chile.
