Ignacio Dulger

Ignacio Andrés Dulger Castillo (born 28 March 1993) is a Chilean lawyer and politician affiliated with the Republican Party of Chile. Since 2025, he has served as a regional councilor for the Santiago Metropolitan Region.

Dulger studied law at the University of the Andes, Chile and qualified as a lawyer. He later worked in territorial organization and legislative advisory roles within the Republican Party since 2017.

Biography Dulger participated in José Antonio Kast's presidential campaigns in 2017 and 2021, working in field coordination and team organization.

During the 2023 Chilean Constitutional Council election, Dulger ran for the Constitutional Council in the Santiago Metropolitan Region, receiving 1.7% of the vote. He was not elected and subsequently joined the advisory team of Republican councilor Héctor Urban.

In the 2024 Chilean regional elections, he was elected regional councilor (CORE) for the Santiago IV constituency, receiving over 10% of the votes cast for his list.

In 2025, Dulger was involved in efforts by regional councilors to refer matters concerning Santiago Metropolitan governor Claudio Orrego to the Election Certification Court.

Dulger has also appeared as a panelist on the Chilean political debate program Sin filtros.

From March to August 2026, Dulger worked as an adviser in the La Moneda Second Floor while retaining his position as a regional councilor. The simultaneous roles drew criticism from opposition lawmakers, who argued that they were inconsistent with the government's commitments regarding austerity and officials holding parallel public positions.

In August 2026, El Mostrador reported that the X user "Neuroc" had attributed the anonymous account "Make Chile Fome Again" to Dulger. Dulger's associates denied the allegation. The Clinic subsequently reported that the claim had not been independently substantiated.

The same El Mostrador investigation reported that Dulger had participated in Casa Común, a group involved in the Rejection campaign that commissioned work from Argentine political consultant Fernando Cerimedo. Dulger's associates confirmed his participation while denying a close relationship with Cerimedo.
