Guillermo Acuña Valdivia (1872 – 21 November 1918) was a Chilean politician and civil engineer who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.
A member of the Conservative Party, he represented Concepción from 1918 until his death in office on 21 November 1918 and served on the Permanent Government Commission. He studied at the University of the State, where he qualified as a civil engineer on 28 May 1894.
He worked for the Directorate of Public Works, eventually becoming head of its Bridges Section, and later served as a professor of engineering at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He was also active in the mining industry and served as a director of the Sociedad Nacional de Minería.
