Gregory Agboneni (born 30 August 1948) is a retired Nigerian Air Force officer who served as Military Administrator of Adamawa State from December 1993 to September 1994 and of Cross River State from September 1994 to August 1996 during the military regime of General Sani Abacha.
Career Agboneni trained as a pilot with the United States Air Force as a foreign student between 1971 and 1972. He subsequently served as a fighter pilot in the Nigerian Air Force, rising to the rank of Air Vice Marshal.
He was appointed Military Administrator of Adamawa State on 9 December 1993, succeeding Abubakar Saleh Michika. In September 1994 he was transferred to Cross River State, where he served until 22 August 1996.
Agboneni is a Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON).
