Born 1953. Glenn Albrecht is an Australian philosopher, environmentalist and university teacher.
Glenn A. Albrecht, born in 1953, was Professor of Sustainability at Murdoch University in Western Australia until his retirement in 2014. He is an honorary fellow in the School of Geosciences of the University of Sydney.
In 2008, Albrecht finished as the Associate Professor in Environmental Studies in University of Newcastle in New South Wales. He has become known for coining the neologism solastalgia
The book has been translated into French and will be released in Paris in late February, 2020. The French title is 'Les émotions de la Terre – Des nouveau mots pour un nouveau monde'. Publisher: Les Liens Qui Libèrent.
