Friedrich-Carl Eugen Bogislaw Ewald von Steinkeller (28 March 1896 – 19 October 1981) was a general in the Wehrmacht of Nazi Germany during World War II. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross.

Life Von Steinkeller served in World War I as an cavalry officer, orderly officer and general staff officer, having been severely wounded on 17 July 1916. He retired from the preliminary Reichswehr on 24 November 1919, studied at the University of Berlin from 1920 to 1924, was a member of the Freikorps in Upper Silesia from 1 May to 30 June 1921, worked as a banker and estate manager and rejoined the Reichswehr on 15 July 1934. He served with the cavalry, the motorcycle riflemen, the infantry riflemen and the Panzergrenadiers. He surrendered to the Red Army forces in the course of the Soviet Mogilev Offensive on 8 July 1944; he was repatriated on 9 October 1955.
