Fernando Guzmán Moreno (1871 – 6 January 1933) was a Chilean politician and lawyer who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.
Initially a member of the Conservative Party, he joined the National Party by 1918 and represented Arauco, Lebu and Cañete from 1918 to 1921. During his parliamentary term, he served on the Permanent Government Commission. He studied at the University of Chile, obtaining a degree in Law and Political Sciences in 1896 and qualifying as a lawyer in 1898. He also served as mayor of Chimbarongo and, in 1931, as governor of the San Fernando Department.
