Biography On 30 Nov 1654, he was consecrated bishop by Francesco Peretti di Montalto, Archbishop of Monreale, with Giovan Battista Foppa, Archbishop of Benevento, and Giovanni Battista Scanaroli, Titular Bishop of Sidon, serving as co-consecrators.
