David Jung-Hsin Lai (given name also romanized Rongxin; ; born 3 March 1948) is a retired Taiwanese (2001–2020).

Lai was ordained to the diaconate on 23 March 1975, to the priesthood on 11 April 1976, and consecrated on 25 November 2000 at St Timothy's Church, Kaohsiung He retired in March 2020.
