Daniela Tarazona (born 1975) is a Mexican writer and journalist. She is the winner of the 2022 Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz Prize.
Early life and education Daniela Tarazona was born on 23 June 1975, in Mexico City, Mexico. She studied Latin American literature at the Universidad Iberoamericana, where she wrote her thesis on Clarice Lispector's The Hour of the Star, then continued her education at the University of Salamanca. Her second novel, El beso de la liebre (2013) was shortlisted for the Casa de las Américas Prize.
