Chen Yingguan

Chen Yingguan (born January 1944, ), born in Jiangtian, Changle, Fujian, is a Chinese politician. He served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, Minister of Organization of the Provincial Party Committee, and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial People's Congress. In July 1994, he became a member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Committee and Minister of Organization; in July 2001, he became a member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Committee and Minister of United Front Work. In 2003, he was appointed deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial People's Congress.
