Brian Billard was an Australian politician, missionary and computer scientist.
Brian Billard was an Australian scientist who represented the South Australian House of Assembly electoral district of Newland for the Liberal Party from 1979 to 1982. Whilst a Member of Parliament he was a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Land Settlement. In 1997 he was appointed an adjunct professor at the University of Queensland.
On retirement, and his wife Liz worked on an education project in China.
