Atefeh Ramezanizadeh (; born 21 April 1992) is an Iranian-Australian professional footballer who plays as a defender and midfielder.

In April 2017, she played four games in the AFC Women's Asian Cup Qualification round.
She played for the national team at least 7 times in 2025-2026, including in the 2026 AFC Women's Champions League. She also played for Bam Khatoon against other international club teams three times in 2025. Although most of the original group ended up changing their minds and returned to Iran, Fatemeh Pasandideh and Ramezanizadeh chose to remain in Australia, and on 16 March started training with Brisbane Roar. On 25 March, Ramezanizadeh posted a message to her teammates back in Iran, saying "You were not just teammates to me, you were my family. Thank you for all the laughter and hardships we spent together. You will always be in my heart".
On 5 August 2026 Ramezanisadeh, along with teammate Pasandideh, were sworn in as Australian citizens by Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke.
