Alexander Shkurinskiy (born 11 April 1995) is a Russian handball player for HC Meshkov Brest and the Russian national team.

He participated at the 2017 and the 2019 World Men's Handball Championship and at the 2020 European Men's Handball Championship. Here he won the Coupe de la Ligue in 2021, the Trophée des Champions in 2022, and the Coupe de France in 2023.

In 2023 he returned to HC Meshkov Brest.
