Yishi Dawa (; born May 1964) is a former Chinese politician of Tibetan ethnicity who spent his entire career in southwest China's Sichuan province. As of April 2025 he handed himself in to China's top anti-graft watchdog. Previously he served as director of the Sichuan Provincial Civil Affairs Department, and before that, governor of Garzê Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. He was a delegate to the 12th National People's Congress. He was a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
Early life and education Yishi Dawa was born in Batang County, Sichuan, in May 1964. In 1982, he enrolled at Southwest Minzu College (now Southwest Minzu University), where he majored in physics.
In December 2024, Yishi Dawa was chosen as vice president of China Charity Federation.
