Charles "Vince" Cook (August 27, 1946 – September 29, 2020) was an American politician from the U.S. state of Kansas. A Republican, he served a partial term in the Kansas House of Representatives from 1997 to 1999 and spent eight years on the Topeka City Council.
Political career In the 1990 Republican primary election, Cook unsuccessfully challenged incumbent Jim Cates for the 52nd district seat in the Kansas House of Representatives. He died in Topeka on September 29, 2020, at the age of 74.
