Vera Stroyeva

Vera Pavlovna Stroyeva (, (née Richter); 21 September 1903 – 26 August 1991) was a Soviet film director and screenwriter. Between 1926 and 1983, she directed fifteen films and wrote ten screenplays. Many of her films are musicals or adaptations of operas and feature heavy influence from socialist realism.
