Valentin Betoudji (born 14 February 1991) is a Chadian long-distance runner.

He competed in the men's 5000 metres and men's 10,000 metres events at the 2015 Military World Games held in Mungyeong, South Korea.

In 2018, he competed in the men's half marathon at the 2018 IAAF World Half Marathon Championships held in Valencia, Spain. He finished in 128th place. In 2020, he competed in the men's race at the 2020 World Athletics Half Marathon Championships held in Gdynia, Poland.
