College career Flanders played college football for the Sam Houston State Bearkats from 2010 to 2013. He is the program's all-time leader in career rushing yards and rushing touchdowns.
Professional career New Orleans Saints Upon finishing his collegiate career, Flanders signed as an undrafted free agent with the New Orleans Saints on May 10, 2014. However, he did not make the final roster and was released on August 21, 2014. He was released by the Blue Bombers on November 19, 2018. However, he was released on October 26, 2019. He became a free agent after the 2021 season.
Coaching career Since 2022, Flanders has been a running backs and recruiting assistant for the Lake Travis High School football team. He also serves as an assistant basketball coach at Lake Travis High School.
